Any trip to Egypt may ignite the passion of historians and even of anthropologists since the land is witness to one of the most glorious civilizations in the human history. Till date, some objects of interest are found in Egypt that are regarded as unparallel in the human history. Even if we stop discussing of Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, for the time being, we can’t do the same with the Sphinx. Can we ever? If you look at its picture in any website, you may start wondering whether it’s the creation of human beings or of God HIMSELF.

The gigantic structure was built in accordance with the image of Pharaoh Cheops’ son, Chephren (Khafre) with a lion’s body. The colossal formation was carved out of limestone and filled with a network of tunnels. What was the real purpose of making the same? It remains unknown yet. Although the nose and beard of the Sphinx have been subject to the ravages of history, the charm remains intact.

Not only Sphinx but the other pyramids also exemplify the true spirit of ancient Egypt in the best manner. Each and every structure is shrouded in mystery, protected by well-known scourges and is also one of the most imposing architectural achievements in the human history hitherto.

Egypt continues to astound in another way also. Don’t forget the Red Sea ever! This is the place where, as per the ancient biblical history, God’s blessings separated the sea for Moses and as a result the Israelites fleeing from the Egyptian army got saved. Keep in mind, truth or legend, the Red Sea area maintains its link to the past by means of its ancient architecture and ports still.

Now this is your duty – don’t’ waste a single moment and invade Egypt. History is awaiting you.
